Established in 1997 evolving from a concept developed in Singapore in 1987.
The Global Concerns Trust is linking schools, organisations and individuals in a supportive and learning relationship with pioneering grassroots projects in rural and urban situations in the Developing World.
Criteria for partnership includes that the project is at the cutting edge of development, breaking new ground and pioneering new ways to tackle old problems, as well as having been established and developed through local initiative and involvement.
